Rhodes Honors Has Recently Launched Its New Custom-series Digital Piano, Night Train

Rhodes Honors has recently launched its new custom-series digital piano, "Night Train". Following the sell-out of its first custom digital piano within 48 hours, this product is another delightful offering for music enthusiasts, designed to pay tribute to jazz legend Oscar Peterson. The name and visual design of "Night Train" draw inspiration from Oscar Peterson's eponymous album released in 1963, which is renowned for its rich nocturnal atmosphere and iconic cover art.

In terms of appearance, it features a smoked transparent enclosure, paired with a custom black piano body and a mirrored chrome front panel. The effectors and I/O (input/output) panel are embedded with deep "Midnight Purple" and vivid "Freedom Blue" two-tone inlays, directly derived from the album's color scheme. The classic black Tolex base, pinstripe sustain pedal, and custom purple-and-black dual-tone logo plaque together create a unique and charming visual language.

In terms of core configuration, "Night Train" is built based on the highly acclaimed MK8 model, inheriting the flagship model's hand-assembled craftsmanship and signature sound. It is equipped with a 73-key bed meticulously manufactured by Kluge Keyboard Company, adopts an all-analog signal path, and is fitted with a Rhodes original preamplifier featuring a 3-band parametric equalizer and modulation tools, as well as a true-bypass stereo effector module. Additionally, an optional MIDI interface is available.
